Working Principle
The micro heat regeneration combined dryer is reasonable. The refrigeration dryer and micro heat adsorption dryer are combined together. The compressed air treated by the cold dryer is directly drained from the air-water separator of the cold dryer and then enters the adsorption dryer for deep layer adsorption instead of being preheated by the precooler. The compressed air after freeze-drying enters the adsorption tower, and the compressed air is deeply adsorbed and dried by using the principle of pressure swing adsorption until the dew point temperature meets the requirements. The dry
compressed air from the adsorption tower returns to the precooler, so that the temperature of the cooling air can be warmed back.

The heated dry compressed air can also prevent condensation in the transmission pipeline. The regeneration gas of the dryer is the dry hot air which is drawn from the air outlet of the dryer and heated by the heater. Therefore, the adsorbent can be regenerated in a short time with very little regeneration gas consumption. The micro heat combined dryer is equipped with oil removal filter as standard, and the dust removal filter can be selected according to the needs of users.
