Application

JQH-5Bx48 pneumatic winch is a single-drum, hand-operated winch powered by TMH3.2 piston pneumatic motor. This winch is mainly used for hauling metal mines, coal mines and other mining sites, construction engineering and other departments, or lifting heavy objects in oil fields.
Because it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, adjustable speed, easy handling and fast installation, it is more suitable for the underground operation of the mining field, such as dispatching at the loading station of the digging and mining face, hauling the tramcar and lifting, pulling tools, instruments and other heavy objects in the narrow lane of the underground.
Structure and working principle
The JQH air winch uses air as the power source, and drives the operation of the drum through the piston type wind turbine and the reduction mechanism with two sets of internal and external gear transmission pairs to achieve its winch purpose.
Its main structure includes pneumatic motor, gear box, drum and brake.
All transmission parts are supported by ball bearings or ball bearings, which are flexible in operation.
Most of its main parts are made of high-strength high-quality alloy steel, which has been subjected to chemical heat treatment, so that the parts have a long service life.
